| The companies SPECS Surface Nano Analysis GmbH - a major supplier of surface analysis instrumentation from Germany - and Unisoku Co., Ltd - a major supplier of Scanning Probe Microscopy Instrumentation from Japan - are proud to announce that both companies will collaborate closely in development and marketing of their leading technologies in future. As a first result SPECS and Unisoku have entered into an agreement transferring the Joule Thompson Scanning Probe Microscope (JT-SPM) Technology to Unisoku. Under the agreement Unisoku will have the exclusive right to manufacture and sell the product line including the TYTOTM head. |
