At various conferences, SPECS presented the Aarhus SPM as a complete UHV system with a LIVE performance. No special arrangements were made with respect to booth allocation or external system damping. The systems were operated as is, without special considerations for location, surroundings and time.
All following pictures were taken during the listed conferences at the main exhibition time, showing the unique stability and the extended applications of the Aarhus SPM family.
In the most "vibrant" German physics environment SPECS GmbH introduced the SPM 150 Aarhus with atomically resolved NC-AFM imaging, resulting from the aquisition of NANONIS GmbH and the development of the KolibriSensorô.
At the largest meeting of the German Physical Society (second largest worldwide) with over 5000 attendees, SPECS introduced high temperature measurements with the new STM 150 Aarhus HT and a new, preliminary STM electronics for high speed measurements.
During the fall meeting of the Amercian Vacuum Society high resolution images were taken with the new STM 150 Aarhus Rel.2 which was introduced as the newest STM standard.
|With the 20th anniversary of the Nobel Prize in physics for STM and TEM SPECS introduced unique live images with the STM 150 Aarhus as the new STM standard. SPECS could show ultimate stability STM images and the oxidation of a Copper surface.|
