PHOIBOS analyzers are equipped with a flangemounted detector assembly. The standard detector assembly consists of either one, five or nine single channel electron multipliers (SCD, MCD-5 or MCD-9). Our standard channel electron multipliers have an extended dynamic range for extremely high count rate applications.
