New Product: PHOIBOS 150 NAP
Near Ambient Pressure Electron Analyzer
| Together with the Advanced Light Source in Berkeley and the Fritz-Haber-Institut in Berlin SPECS Surface Nano Analysis has received an R&D 100 Award 2010 for Ambient Pressure Photoelectron Spectroscopy (APPELS) in general and especially the development of the near ambient pressure electron analyzer PHOIBOS 150 NAP. Awarded by an independent judging panel and the editors of R&D Magazine, it recognizes the 100 most technologically significant products introduced during the past year. |
